Services

EveronReach provides digital marketing services including SEO, paid advertising management, social media, web development, email marketing and automation. Specific scope, deliverables and fees for any engagement are set out in the proposal or order you approve.

Billing and exit

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, plans are billed monthly in advance and may be ended by either party with 30 days’ written notice. Fees exclude GST and third-party media budgets, which you pay directly to the advertising platforms.

Accounts and data

Advertising, analytics and related accounts are created in and remain your property. On conclusion of an engagement, access is handed back with campaigns, audiences and history intact.

Results

We commit to professional, diligent execution and transparent reporting. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside any agency’s control, and no specific ranking, traffic or revenue outcome is guaranteed.

Content and approvals

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you provide about your business. Campaign content is shared for approval where agreed, and you confirm you hold the rights to materials you supply.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for the one month preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction.
